Zekie’s Birthday Toy
Zeke had a good birthday yesterday. He (and Lucy, of course) got a McDouble from McDonald’s, sans the bun. They also got fancy peanut butter treats.
I gave Zeke a plush toy with SEVEN squeakers. He doesn’t play much with toys anymore. I generally give them to him first and then he grows bored within 2 minutes and Lucy secures ownership after that. This one he really liked, I guess, since he kept it from Lucy for an entire 10 minutes.
Lucy was very, very interested. She was patient at first.
But then she grew a little impatient and inched closer.
And Zeke gave her a little growl…”Step away from my toy”
In the end, Lucy won the battle and got the toy. Between the two of them, they managed to eradicate 4 of the 7 squeakers.
